Backrooms Pack-a-Punch Guide

Last updated: June 20263 FAQ

Backrooms PaP Overview

The Backrooms map gates Pack-a-Punch behind an 8-page collection mechanic inspired by Slenderman. Pages spawn at fixed locations throughout the liminal maze. Collect all eight to unlock the Pack-a-Punch machine. The Golden Knight wall buy provides a strong weapon while hunting pages.

Preparation

Before hunting pages: buy Juggernog and a reliable SMG. Purchase the Golden Knight wall buy if you have enough points — it is the best Backrooms-exclusive weapon. Play with headphones — audio cues help navigation in the repetitive corridors.

Page Collection Strategy

Pages appear at predetermined locations across the Backrooms. Pick up each page when found — a counter tracks progress toward 8/8. Collecting pages may increase spawn rates or trigger the Slenderman entity. Move efficiently between known locations rather than wandering randomly. In co-op, split up to cover more ground simultaneously.

Slenderman Encounter

A secret Slenderman jumpscare exists on this map. The entity may appear during page collection under specific conditions. Do not panic — continue collecting pages while kiting zombies in the tight corridors. SMGs outperform shotguns in the narrow hallways.

Unlocking Pack-a-Punch

After collecting all 8 pages, the Pack-a-Punch machine unlocks at its map location. Upgrade the Golden Knight or your Mystery Box weapon for 5000 points. See the Backrooms map page for weapon and layout details.
